Coming to vijaywada for a visit with my cousin, I wanted to have a north indian veg lunch after the temple visits.We visited, under the woods after searching in Google. We were greated and seated by a calm Mr Pawan who took our order. We are strict vegetarians, and he said ,I can give everything without onion and garlic. That made us so happy and we ordered palal paneer , bhindi and roti. Started with piping hot almond broccoli soup. After the lunch we said can we have salted Lassi. But we both had sore throats, so he suggested buttermilk made with curd and warm water. He had a solution for whatever we requested. It was a pleasure to eat, guided and served by him. All in all a happy day for us.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Under the WOODS restaurant in Vijayawada for two consecutive nights, and I must say, the food exceeded my expectations!
We opted for simple yet delicious dishes like Paneer Tikka, Roti, Laccha Paratha, and Crispy Corn. The standout for me was the incredibly fresh and high-quality paneer - truly impressive!
But what stole the show was the exceptional service. We ordered one Fruit of Forest drink, and to our surprise, the staff generously offered us a second one on the house!
Unfortunately, we were so enthralled by the food that we forgot to take pictures, but I had to share my amazing experience. If you're looking for quality food and warm hospitality, then this place is a must-visit!
Will I return? Absolutely!

A Delightful Experience for Veg Lovers in Vijayawada
One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Vijayawada, this place is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys North Indian, Continental, or Italian cuisine. Conveniently located, the restaurant offers excellent service that truly enhances the dining experience.
The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming, and there’s a reasonable car parking facility, which is always a plus. What stood out for us were their delicious combos, sizzling hot sizzlers, and flavorful soups – each dish was prepared to perfection.
The quality of food and the attentiveness of the staff deserve special appreciation. Without a doubt, I would rate this restaurant a solid 5 stars for its top-notch food and exceptional service.

Ambience is quite pleasant.
Manchow soup 5/5 (Neat)
Chilli cheese paneer tikka 5/5 (extremely soft and delicious)
Honey chili potato 5/5 (Crispy, crunchy, not so spicy kinda fries)
Pizza bomb 4/5 (we regret ordering it in between coz it filled our stomachs before we reached main course. It's nothing but Cheese balls with mayonnaise.. okish taste)
Palak panner 4/5 (Nothing to point about paneer, its palak which was not perfectly cooked)
Bhune tamatar kaju nal 5/5 (name tells it all... rich tangy flavor from tomatoes)
Phulka 5/5 (Super soft)
Main course could have more options
We went on a week day where only few tables were filled. It dint take longer for our food to reach the table.
Despite few 4/5 I'm giving overall rating as 5 for the deep thought of the owner to include a feeding room, which I never came across in any restaurant.

DURING Audits we came to vijaywada being pure veg we wanted place where exclusive Pure veg being cooked we wanted separate kitchen and it was perfect place it had jain options too so our tension was solved
Now taste wise - being from Surat we have variety of foods taste in veg and this place was at par in taste quality quantity
May be vew thing you will find over price but that may be due to pure veg is to be served in city where find hard to find
We had visited 5-6 time during our short visit of 8 day in vijaywada
And our food was solved even recommded to other friends from Gujarat and all loved it keep it up 🙏

The best food i had in Vijaywada. Just Amazing. I had paneer tikka masala which was so soft and tasty, Mumbai style sandwich so flavourful with sauces and spreaded cheese and pastas with delicious sauces. Being jain food it was so delicious that one can't resist to revisit this place. Definitely will visit this place again to try even other things on the menu. They got call machine to call waiter and service was all great. Ambience wise they got cozy friendly place to hangout with family as well as friends. They even got ample amount of parking space. I am very much impressed with this place 🙌

Such a cozy place with great vibes.
The ambiance is appealing so is the menu.
We had a great time.
Ordered dumplings soups, surprisingly it was too good.
For the starters we had Manchuria, which was served as a sizzling. Veg crispy was also good.
For the main course had some fried rice, noddles.
The food were good also as a new mom I loved that they had a feeding room . An extra star for it .
Also the desserts were fine .
Had great expectations from their mock tails as they had a big section for it . May be will try some better ones next time.
Overall a good place to chill .

It is rare to find a place that maintains such high standards of purity over the years. The open kitchen gives you even more confidence in what you’re eating. The food is awesome. A place where you can find food with quality and Hygiene. After a Hectic day of wedding shopping we were so hungry and we need a pure veg restaurant. After so many searches found this restaurant and we reached there.. At the entrance there is a counter with name “BAR” with full of bottles. We were worried that after so much of research we ended up reaching a Bar & Restaurant. Thought of going back but Went and asked the guy at counter that will they be serving drinks inside the restaurant. He said that all of them are non-alcoholic. If we have gone back without asking then definitely we would have missed the good food which can tickle your taste buds. The only thing is price is little higher. Of course good food demands more efforts and price. So I would like to suggest the owners to increase the portion little more (Especially curries). May be it is one of the reasons that your restaurant rating is still at 4.2. Your Tasty food definitely deserves more than 4.8 rating in google. Hoping that you will think on this point. 😊

Under the Words is a newly opened restaurant started in Dec 2nd week 2021 . it is a blessing as in Vijayawada there is alot of scarcity of Veg restaurants. The Ambience is Very good they have both outdoor and Indoor seating . The Menu is very Versatile and has lots of Veriety. The service is also Amazing Special Mention to Prathimesh And Rahul Patil . Overall Worth Visiting and can be visited Again 🎉

Never thought vegetarian food can be so good. So hygienic. This is the third time I have been to this place and recently they have added more items / changed their menu. This time we had Rainbow soup, Pizza bombs, chili paneer sticks, chat platter, bull frog(mocktail) and coconut jelly for dessert.
The coconut jelly was so good that I have taken some cups for my family in Hyderabad.
Highly recommend this place for vegetarian food. 👍👌

Good Restaurant. but still not a place to visit. Though the quality is good, the quantity is very less when related to the price they have put. The restaurant is pure vegetarian but doesn't have many vegetarian starters or main course dishes. No mushroom dishes available, all they cover with panner alone. The mocktails are a must try as the taste was good compared to the food items and worth the money as well.

Hat's Of for their cleanliness that is maintained in kitchen. Its actually an open kitchen we can watch them from outside also. Good quality food served here . And obviously if you are getting a quality food the prices will be a little high but its completely worth spending here. Must try mocktails too. My favourite dish here is ROADTED CASHEW NUT CURRY AND PANEER 65 must try 😊

"Had a fantastic dinner here last night! The food was incredible, but what really made the evening special was the service. The owner, Ashwin, was incredibly helpful—he took the time to walk us through the menu and suggested the veg burasi kebab, cicilano sizzler which turned out to be the highlight of the night. Attended my friends party here. This place has surprisingly delicious food. The starters are divine. Every item across the courses we had is just mouthwatering. Do checkout their menu. Service is appreciable. They have an outdoor seating too. Ambience will do. A must visit for the food, sort of modern indian with a twist.

Veg em tintaru !!! Ane prethi okkaru visit cheyyalsina place. We enjoyed our food over there.. excellent hospitality, they gave sesame topping on honey chilly potato which we don't like that way. They replaced that as well.. good service and 100% value to your money. A must visit Place for vegetarians
